My guess is that either way you are uping you calories by 350 to 400 a day so either would be better than you are now? Maybe try the 1686 number for a while and see what happens?

I am measuring my foods. And I'm under everyday (way under) most days. And I'm hitting the gym pretty hard. To the point where my body aches just move around depending on what I worked out last. Holy Crap man that fitness frog site says my TDEE is 3456 and I set it to Desk Job! Can that be right??? That would mean I should eat like 2765 Calories before adding my workout calories????

That is interesting man. Did you use a site to set your BRM and then use MFP to calculate the TDEE each day?

A person your size cant have many day's like you did 2 days ago and expect to lose weight. Eat like you did yesterday for a few days and weigh again! =) And drink a ton of water to get that nasty Mcdonalds out of your body! LOL

I started liking it fairly quickly. Try making the coffee weaker at first so that you can really pick up on the taste. Also the quality of you coffee makes a huge impact on enjoying it black!

I think the thing to keep in mind is that poor choices have an even bigger impact when you are close to your goal weight. So where that intake might have caused you to lose weight in the past, now it may not. I love my Johnny Walker at the end of the day so this is more of a "Do as I say" comment. But the alcohol stops…

I keep a gallon at my desk, and try to drink only water with meals. Within reason I really dont think you can get enough!

Not sure if anyone mentionned this but I like mixing in some Canned Tuna with Lemon Pepper. Dont want to do it all the time but a couple times a week its great!
