I think they look good on some, and not on others! Not that this helps you much. While I do think they would look pretty on you, your hair is gorgeous, and I would hate to see it go.

i had this same problem a few weeks ago. after much deliberation, i went with schezuan (sp?) beef, and i did not order anything else. Those chinese restaurant appetizers are definitely a weakness for me! I felt good about my choices afterward. Good luck.

I meant the inner wrist location was trendy, at least around my parts. I make it to the gym M,W, and F, so I do my upper body twice/week, and my lower body once/week, in addition to a bit of cardio and an ab routine on all three days. Yum, I've been on a green bean kick lately. Oven-roasted with whole cloves of garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. 450 degrees on a baking sheet, turn every 15 minutes or so, until they look good to you. Try it; it's awesome.

because of this we need a bigger fridge. little one drinks whole milk, the boys want 2%, and the girls drink skim. milk alone takes up half the space we have!

yep. i skipped tae kwon do last night, then i made it to the gym today and got through my whole workout, but it took me a bit longer than usual to get it done.

sweets moderation does not work for me. once i get a taste, i will keep eating sweets until i feel sick, which is really gross. i cut them out completely, and after a couple weeks it becomes so much easier, and you will feel better. i do allow myself 1 square of very dark chocolate every night after the kids go to bed as…

shoulder exercises...hate em'....i have to be careful, i have a tendency to develop shoulder issues, but love the way they make my shoulders look!

right now it's grilled chicken...(my kids are so sick of it!!) and a variety of oven-roasted veggies eggs, hard-boiled or scrambled with a to of veggies and hot sauce

my teens are much more likely to go outside and run around, play ball, etc then they are to actually "workout," but it's still good exercise for them.

MSM is included in the supplements that I take for my joints. Glucosamine/Chondroitin/MSM. I haven't heard anything about it for hair/nails etc.

I run intervals on the treadmill and that really gets the heart rate up there, but when i'm feeling a bit lazy or sore i walk at about 3.3 mph on the highest incline the treadmill can go. this actually gets my heart rate up just as high as running intervals tae kwon do is also a huge calorie burner

It doesn't matter how you lost weight. What's right for you may not be right for someone else, and vice versa. Keep it up; you're doing great.
