upper body split routine question
I am thinking about switching to an upper body split routine and doing back and biceps one day, and chest and triceps another day. What would be the best time to do shoulders? Do I add shoulders to one of the upper body days, or do I do them on lower body day? Thanks

day 2 shred w/ 6 wk 6pack
whoa! right before i was going to start day 2 of the shred the ups man delivered 6 week 6 pack, so i thought, "hey...i'll do then both!" i finished day 2 strong and fizzled out on 6 wk 6 pack halfway through. perhaps i'll go for the 12 week 6 pack ?!? anyone else doing both of the dvds consecutively?
