Okay...true confession time...when I am drunk, I eat if off a spoon alongside peanut butter, and I smoosh raisins into it...I call it "the trifecta!"...so embarrassing...but everyone should try it out!!!

i bought a handheld kitchen aid immersion blender that i love so much more than any regular blender i've ever had...but i haven't tried crushing ice with it.

I use C4 as well...I love it. I've also used Assault...tastes like crap and I don't want all of the calories, though it works alright. I just got a bunch of samples of Alarm and it was terrible...like throw the rest in the garbage terrible! Are there any "supplement warehouses" close to you? They sell C4 for quite a bit…

I make my oats in a pot on the stove, and I add them when they are done to my bowl of protein and whatever other add ins I choose. So I have a bit of a problem! Currently using muscletech chocolate and vanilla whey, muscle milk premixed chocolate, and just got GNC chocolate casein yesterday...yes...I like variety! On the lookout for some cookies and cream action!

I've heard many mixed reviews on this topic, but I've used it on and off over the years and it definitely works for me. It does take weeks to "kick in." Mine is a mixture of glucosamine, MSM, and chondroitin, and I also take fish oil w it. Expensive, but worth not feeling all achy everyday.

my newest favorite way to eat it is: 1c. plain greek yogurt 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder half a banana or 1/2 c. frozen sweet cherries, defrosted i swear...it tastes like chocolate mousse!

Unfortunately I am excusing myself from the 30 day squat challenge due to complaints from my knees! I can still do squats, no problem, I even made strength gains this week on my bb squats, but the sheer volume of the challenge is too much for me. Good luck everyone.
