I tried making this last night, and something went very wrong. The sauce curdled! :noway: I followed your instructions right off of this post, so I am not sure what went wrong., but it was very runny, and then curdled. I will have to try again next week. I did mix the meat, onions, and mushrooms with the noodles, and threw a few of the cheese wedges in with that and melted them, so dinner was salvageable. It tasted really good! But probably would have been loads better with the sauce....
