    Going to try this tomorrow. But with fat free/light versions of sour cream, milk and cheese. Cal 214 Fat 9 per serving.

    ETA Mine is also sans mushrooms. I don't think that makes a big calorie difference though.

    I had some problems making this (but I'm a pretty mediocre cook, so that might be why) Anyhow, my sauce came out all chunky-like...and I can't figure out why. Any hints? I'm thinking maybe it was the yogurt?

    Did you make sure to heat the sauce on a medium heat? I can't think of any other reason why it would have a chunkiness to it? Mine came out really smooth.

    Yea I made it on low/medium heat. Maybe it wasn't hot enough? I'm not sure...although I tried to make a homemade alfredo sauce a while back, and it was also sort of chunky. LOL...so I am thinking its just me! No worries, it still tasted good!
