I'm pretty sure you have to go to the gym 7 times a week to lose 28 lbs by then. in my first 2.5 months I lost 25 lbs, I go to the gym 7 days a week, I eat clean as possible - and I had 125 total to lose. I've been wearing mine for 2-3 months and I still don't trust the numbers that tell me I burn 3500-4k a day (I do work out pretty intensely 6 days a week), so I could possibly burn that much. i still eat about 1600-2000 a day though. Yes, I tried it actually when I started in January - but I quit within the month. And yes, it worked. I just decided that eating healthy worked too. i wasn't hungry because I was eating the right foods, so the sensa was unnecessary. But it works if you have hunger issues, but I would advise against it.

I work as a nurse, and there are always treats. But you just have to think of the no excuses mentality and know that you are stronger than that crap. Focus on your goals, write them down, repeat, and then your power over the food will be so extreme, you can stare at it for 8 hours straight and not give in.

Nothings quite as good for you as the sack of food that should have been made to form chicken brains. It's probably the best food to feed our brains, and I give them to my children 3x a week at least. I have 1-2 chickensacks myself every day if I can.

There are somef super uncoordinated guys in our zumba classes at the y, but they get the "guy pass" for being uncoordinated and the women love it. I've tried to get my husband to go.

I didn't say fruit, I said oranges. They are a pretty citruicy fruit, and wouldn't make you gain the way eating 10 bananas a day would. Nobody got fat eating oranges, I say count the reasonable portion or don't do the grams and just look for 1 large orange, 1 medium orange, etc. It will balance out in the end.

I've lost my weight since Jan 7th - so almost 3 months, 29 lbs and I started with zumba, and dropped steady numbers doing it 6 days a week. I still do it 3 days a week and do other exercise the other three. I have the Wii game, xbox game and go to classes. They all give me a burn of 600-700 calories an hour.

There's a difference between crying about doing a hundred burpees and defending a group of people against derogatory insults. Don't be a bully. Be a positive person for change, know you are better than that and don't need to use that language. As for me, I love to exercise, and I'm bad at all of it. Keep on keepin on…
