How do you like the Nutribullet?? We keep trying to talk ouselves into getting one. But, not sure how much we'd actually use it. I'm afraid by the time we put enough fruit in it to make drinks taste good, it would be adding too many calories. As a rule, we try not to drink any calories.

I use the FT4 for P90X and for jogging, it gives me everything I want, except for distance. But, I've measured out my course, so, I know what the distance is ahead of time. Yeah, there doesn't seem to be any P90X or most other fitness programs in the exercise database, so, I just go by what my HRM tells me. I use the Polar FT4, which seems pretty good!!

I am, although, I'm trying to figure out exactly what that means. If I eat the higher number of calories it says I can and still maintain, I gain. So, that's not good. We use them alot in sir-fry, throw them in a wok/skillet with your favorite lean meat. We usually do Jimmy Dean's Turkey Crumbles, but, whatever you like will work. Going from not being able to do even one unassisted dip, so being able to do 5 unassisted dips, just because I'm lifting just over 50 lbs less each dip!!! It's hard to get better at something when you can't even do one. Now, that I can do 5 or 6, I can at least work on it.

I just bought a protein mix that has 16g protein and 155 calories, vs 23g protein and 130 calories in Greek yogurt, so, I'll still mix in the protein powder once in awhile, but, the Greek yogurt seems like the better option.

I have 2, both are from Polar. I have the FT4, which comes with a watch data reader for the HRM. It also is on the same frequency as most of the machines at the gym. I also use the Polar Wear link+, that is Bluetooth, and works with my Android phone. Both are good, maybe get the best you can afford from Polar.

Thanks all, my goal is approx 5 or 6 more lbs, but, I really don't know how far I can go, so, we'll see.... I will be totally amazed, if I can actually break 180!!(started at 235 the 1st of the year, 244 is my lifetime high).

Thanks all, the 47 lbs has been since Jan 2nd. Not really a New Year's resolution, just kind of worked out that way.
