  • Boo-Hoo! No weight loss for me. But, my waist and clothes are becoming baggy. So, guess Non-Scale Victory (NSV) for me this week.
  • I try to workout Sunday morning, Monday night, Thursday night. Trying this week to pick up Tuesday night. Too hard to do it in the morning or afternoon. Schedules are crazy so I have to be flexible of when I can workout.
  • Crockpot BBQ chicken vegetable penne noodles and broccoli. It's too cold to really think of cooking tonight. Brrrrrr!
  • Weigh-in Wednesday: Weigh-ins for me what be too bad since I usually weigh myself weekly then I go to one outside source (urgent care) and weigh myself monthly. I do the outside weigh-in to keep the human factor of "cheating the scales" at bay....you know validate the results I see at home.
