Agreed. Why did you post knowing that everyone would tell tht you are not eating enough? Please eat more! Reading your daily menu makes me sad. Even if you don't feel hungry that is not enough food.

I don't care for burpees but they do wrk out the whole body so they are worth it. I hate lunge switch jumps. Lunge's are hard enough but adding a jump as you switch really makes you feel the burn!

I can sort of see where you are coming from. But this will def not work for a LOT of people. Eating correct portions and trying to eat more healthy should be enough overall. Now me, I don't drink pop, only slurpees every now and again, fast food maybe once a month, rarely any pasta or red meat, no oreos or should I say…

I been to get rid of our tummy's you have to eat certain things, but I can't remember what! Mine has gotten a little, tiny bit smaller. Im just trying not to worry.

I do watch my intake of sodium, sometimes I go ovr, sometimes I dont. I try to drink more water if I do. I stopped feeling bad about it finally!

I cut out pop/soda, no fast food (maybe wendys 1 a month), lesd sweets like chocolate and cookies, more fruit, no hamburger, just.chicken n turkey mostly. I watch my portions and excerise maybe 4 times a week. It seems to be wrking so far!

Yes with kechup because I think you have to. I like room temp syrup. And peanut butter nvr goes in the fridge, thts weird to me lol.

I listen to gospel sometimes, but mostly Linkin Park, Kid Cudi, Dirty Money, My Chemical Romance, Kanye, Lupe and sometimes a little Beyonce. I feel weird admiting this lol.

What you guys said makes perfect sense...I eat too much packaged stuff and frozen dinners for lunch at wrk, I will have to find other thngs go eat and fix up my diet a bit more.

No advice but I am wondering the same thing. I always go over in sodium and drink the same amount of water most days.

I watched it last week, it was great. I'm trying to stay away from high frustose corn syrup, it truly is in nearly everything. Netflick has awesome food doc's.
