I've lost a little over 20 lbs and I'm still in the same size, but if I'm being honest with myself, my clothes were too tight for me and I should have been a size up. Now I can definitely see and feel that they fit much better. Maybe that was the case with you?

Weight loss is not linear. It will be different depending on many things like what time of a day you weigh yourself, when your last meal was, when you last went to the bathroom, etc.

I find the opposite. In the summer I'm out so much that I end up eating fast food more than I'd like. In the winter I stay home and cook more. And I love soups in the winter, which can be pretty healthy.

Hi! Based on your ticker, we have a similar amount of weight to lose. I also struggle with depression and body issues. From past experience, exercising and being active have helped with my depression, so I'm trying to use that as my motivation.
