I, too, developed what I believe is a sensitivity or intolerance to eggs. I can eat them when they are baked into things, but eating them fried up for breakfast gives me horrible stomach pain. Especially if I were to eat just the whites. I went off eggs for two years because of it. I just today, actually, tried them again…

I don't know if it's right or not, but I always thaw my chicken and then weigh it out. As for frozen veggies, I will generally measure those cooked, just for ease.

I started this journey with 100-110 pounds to lose. I'm jumping hurdles slowly, and I am pleased with my progress. Every pound down is a milestone! Just take it slow and steady. You can do it!

When I was drinking coffee I added it in with my food. In my opinion, just because it has water in it doesn't make it count as water in my eyes. But, I don't think it really matters one way or another, as long as you're staying hydrated. Do what makes you happy.

started at 260. Down to 241, And hoping I keep my motivation and the downward trend continues!

I fear failure. I fear that I will never make it to my goal weight. That I won't be able to maintain the loss, if I do make it. I fear loose skin. I fear that I will lose people as I progress through this weight loss journey and lifestyle change. And I fear that I will never truly be happy with my weight. But you know what…

No candy or chocolate bought specifically for me so that makes it easier. Whatever goodies my children offer from their easter baskets (they always offer) will be eaten in moderation. Other than that, I am making a bit of a smaller Easter dinner than usual. we usually have devilled eggs and spinach dip appetizers a nice…

i've been known to eat 3-4 servings of vegetables in one meal, so i'd say on most days I hit those goals. Though I don't actually try. I just like fruits and veggies

All the usual culprits. Pizza. Fast Food. Chips. Also peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. It was nothing for me to eat 4 or 5 in one sitting, so gross!

anyone is welcome to add me!

hi! My goal is set to 1550. I generally eat between 1200-1600 daily. Sometimes I am under that range, sometimes over, but that's what I aim for! My diary is open. Anyone is welcome to add me! I

green tea. I have a cup every morning, and I love it. Also fruits, especially bananas, strawberries and pineapple. Cottage cheese, Yogurt, chicken breasts and sweet potatoes.

sometimes with fruit (especially pineapple- yum!), sometimes with just lots of fresh cracked black pepper and sometimes with a bit of catalina salad dressing mixed in. That might sound gross, but it's sooo good!

Anyone is welcome to add me. I've been active pretty regularly since I started (again) in February. Sometimes I don't log in on weekends, but I am here every week day! In case people are looking for friends with similar goals- Starting weight was 260. Down to 243.5. Still a long way to go!

The very first thing I changed was that I upped my water intake, and lowered my intake of coffee and diet soda. I used to drink coffee and diet soda all day and no water at all! Now I have cut coffee almost completely out of my diet. I have a cup of green tea every morning and I allow myself one can of Diet Rite Cola a day…
