I have a friend that has recently lost 75 pounds and she said that one of her must have's is PB2 (the powdered peanut butter). I'm going to go to Walmart this weekend and get some to try! Just wondering what is everyone's MUST have's????? I love Greek Yogurt so that is my must have!

Food - most importantly food I like.
PB2 is not one of those - just give me peanut butter!0 -
I love Pb2 to add to my chocolate protein shakes because they're already high in calorie, but for everything else I'd use real peanut butter.
Dark chocolate, every few weeks I up the percent a little (I get anything from 72-80 now.)
Crystal light. I hate the taste of filtered water, I'm on a migraine medication that makes it taste like metal.
Yoghurt (whatever you like, greek has more protein but I don't like the taste unless it's in my protein shake)
Nuts (pistachios and almonds.)
Frozen spinach to throw in sauces and protein shakes.
Pure protein shakes that come in a bottle for on-the-go, only 120 calories for 23 grams of protein. Pretty expensive though.
Bananas!

Fried chicken, ice cream, kiddie breakfast cereal0

There are a lot here, but I've been finding these meal hacks completely necessary!
- Greek yogurt. Love the Trader Joe's varieties, especially the vanilla bean and raspberry.
- Almond Milk.
- Laughing Cow cheese for rice cakes and sandwiches. I like the bleu cheese because it has the most flavor.
- Any variety of sandwich slims -- these are usually around 90 - 100 calories each, cutting the typical bread calories in a sandwich in half. This way you can have more of the good stuff and feel full without using up too many carbs.
- Bananas. I'm usually running out the door in the morning so I need to scarf one of these down to get something in my stomach & get my metabolism moving.
- Trader Joe's Reduced Guilt Kale & Spinach Dip. This is 30 calories for 2 teaspoons and is perfect for a spread on so many things! Plus you get some veggies and protein in.
- Spinach. There always needs to be spinach in my fridge. Quick salad, quick and easy sauteed side dish, topping on sandwiches, it works for everything.0 -

I would have to say something I must have nearly every day are Eggs or Egg Whites. I can't start my day off without a protein-filled breakfast.
Other than that - I try to work any kind of food that I might want into my day somehow. If I want pizza, I adjust or work my booty harder in my workout. If I want to have some drinks, I'm going to allow myself a cheat day or work it in. Have to think about it all as a journey and how you plan to live the rest of your life.

I came here to say PB2 also! I love both the original and the chocolate. I usually have the chocolate in the morning with banana, and will sometimes have the original with an apple later in the day as a snack.
Another must have for me is greek yogurt ranch! My favorite is the Litehouse brand OPA greek yogurt ranch. I love having a big plate of veggies with 2 tbsp of this ranch to dip them in.
My final must-have is coffee creamer. I have at least one cup of coffee in the morning with my favorite coffee creamer in it as a treat/great way to start the day. Lately it's been pumpkin spice coffee creamer, because it's still in some of the stores around here!0 -
I am not that impressed with PB2, personally. My husband likes it, but I think it's pretty nasty mixed with water and never quite managed to find a consistency that remotely resembled peanut butter. We wound up using it mostly in smoothies, and I thought the flavor it added was barely noticeable! Sorry...not trying to go off on a PB2 tangent or anything!
I'm with you on Greek yogurt. So good. I LOVE it with added quick oats, thawed-out frozen fruit & ground flaxseed refrigerated overnight and then mixed up for a delicious breakfast...and in other ways too, of course.
Eggs are probably my biggest must have. I love them.
Also, we add vegetables to just about everything in my house. Onion, peppers, mushrooms, spinach, etc. Such a small thing to do, and inexpensive, but it really ups the nutrition of so many meals...pasta, salads, grilled cheese, omelets, whatever...
Hot tea is great for afternoon blahs. I used to roll my eyes when people on forums like this would suggest a cup of hot tea instead of an afternoon snack but it really does work. I particularly love Tazo decaf (or regular) chai, jasmine tea, or vanilla rooibos.0
