  • Hi there! I'm not new to MFP, but I'm kinda new to carb cycling. Can I ask what your Low Carb vs Med Carb Vs High carb macros are? I curious if mine are similar or if I need to adjust them to a more doable amount. Thanks
  • By your name I'd say ur a runner. Is this true and have u always been one? I'd like to start, but every time I try, I don't do well and I quit. I'm trying to get the most into a workout the quickest because I have 3 "smallish" kids that keep me busy. Any tips would be great.
  • You are actually doing really well. Seven lbs in a month is nearly 2 lbs a week. That is a healthy weight loss. Especially for someone who doesn't have a ton to lose. Keep it up!
