Hello everyone. I’m knew here. I joined to help keep myself consistent. I do carb-cycling, which really works and would not make me the least bit miserable if it weren’t for the meal prep, but that’s every eating plan I think. I just run out of time and energy. I’m a teacher and a mom…enough said. My goals are to find time to exercise, be consistent with my daily macros, and not get discouraged when we have family events and I have trouble following my eating plan.

I love cooking, so meal prep is fun. Consistency is a great goal. Keep that in mind during family events; don't get discouraged, just know that you're following your plan and working towards your goals. If family events focus on food, give yourself permission to have just a little and then enjoy the company of those you love and who love you.0 -
Hi there! I'm not new to MFP, but I'm kinda new to carb cycling. Can I ask what your Low Carb vs Med Carb Vs High carb macros are? I curious if mine are similar or if I need to adjust them to a more doable amount.
