Yep I usually weigh 1st thing in the morning, after toilet & before kitchen, usually on a Friday so I have plenty of time to shed the previous weekends excesses :tongue:

Hi I'm new too. I'm a mother of 2 teenage boys, love chocolate, cheese & wine but hate excercise, I previously lost 56lb on another wight loss plan, but have gained 15lb over the last year so need motivating to begin again. Please feel free to add me, I will be on every day, good luck everyone x

Hi I'm a 39 mother of 2 teenage boys, hoping to lose around 13lb too. Love chocolate, wine and hate exercise ;-) have perilously lost 56lb but gained 15 last year. I now need to motivate myself to lose and keep off :-)

Hi, I also lost around 56lb a coupe of years ago but now have gained around 14lb. Need to lose it again is my jeans & work pants are too tight :-( I haven't tried mfp before so I'm hoping it works, it seems ok so far :-)

I've 2 teenage boys & need to sew my mouth shut at the moment to stop me eating, but I am determined to succeed this time. Just need to stop fridge picking on my days off work!
