  • I am sooooo over the banana as well, I hear you on that. Flax seed is a good source. I mix the ground version into everything: yogurt, oatmeal, sprinkle it on salads and even coat chicken in it before baking. Avocados are my runner-up. Almonds and pistachios too -- good to keep as snacks at work.
  • I just 'wing it' with whatever is on hand -- my favorite though is frozen mixed berries (President's Choice brand is great, and the least expensive), with half a scoop of protein powder, non-fat yogurt (whatever kind you like), pineapple juice and for extra fibre, I throw in a teaspoon or so of ground flaxseed.   • I agree 110%!! Letting others see what you are eating will definitely help hold yourself accountable for what you consume. I love sharing...so eye-opening for me and my 'teammates'. Here's to a healthier year for all of us!
