I tried the 5-6 meal a day thing twice and did not find any success in weight loss, portion size management or anything. I just found myself eating all day and gaining all kinds of weight. I find that I eat a few times a day and do not allow myself to eat past 7pm - no matter what. That's a hard fast rule for me. I have…

When I have to be in work early, I am up at with you... :) Otherwise it's 6/630 to fit in a walk before work. Luckily, I live close to work right now. We are hoping to get dog(s) soon, so I will absolutely have to get out of bed when the alarm goes off. Good luck...you can do it!!!
