MFP definitely over estimates calories burned. if the machine asks me to input my age and weight and I use the heart rate monitor on the machine I usually take that number and decrease it by 20%. A heart rate monitor would probably be best. P.S. sorry if the spacing is weird I'm using my phone to post!

Someone suggested the contigo water bottle and a friend of mine uses those but I love camelbak water bottles. I tend to drink a lot more water when I keep one full of cold water at my desk and at the gym. I don't know. Maybe I'm just lazy and unscrewing a cap or presing a button is too much work for me for water haha also…

Sorry, KIK was just an example. To me, people use KIK (or other messenger services) to talk to people they do not know in real life. For example, if you used KIK to talk to someone you didn't know in real life then you wouldn't give more personal information out (phone number, email address)

Judging from your photo I don't think you'll look like a marshmallow at all... Just saying.. lol I'd just like to say if you do go try on dresses don't get discouraged if you need a bigger size. My cousin wears a size 12 jean and had to order an 18 dress because of her boobs. lol
