Add spinach!! I do it all the time in my blender and you can't even taste it, yet you get all the nutrient and fiber benefits that spinach has to offer. Enjoy!! :)

I found the book MASTER YOUR METABOLISM by Jillian Michaels very interesting and it discusses hypothyroidsim, among other hormonal imbalances. I am wondering if there are other people out there who have read and found this interesting/helpful? Perhaps you may as well! :)

Steel cut oats with blueberries, ground flax seed, and cinnamon. Egg whites scrambled with spinach, red onion, and tomato. I would like to join this as well!! I believe I am 5'3".....have probably 40 pounds or so to lose and am new to this site though I think I already really like it.....I LOVE the food/exersise calculator....very helpful and I Imagine the people on here will just enhance that. Thanks!
