Hi, I just heard of this website and thought I would check it out. I am wanting to start the new year right and have a goal of running a 7 mile race later this year. It is something I have wanted to do for a while and this is the year. Hopefully. :)

    I'm new here too and have a similar goal.....to do a half marathon at some point, but a 5k and a 10k for sure. Good luck!! Feel free to add me if you like as well!!
  • I am also gonna try this out,granted I drink a lot of coffee and that is what my diet consists of. So actualy eating food is gonna be hard.I so donot even know how to do carbs,protiens ect.... I have a gym membership and I mostly use it to go tanning! This is def gonna be different
