  • If you look in the groups section, you can probably find a group. Or you can create one and people will join. I am getting ready to start my second month of insanity next week. Its hard work, but works so well! I have lost a total of 7 inches during the first month. Good luck!

  • I used to hate it too, but got over it. Now, I have such body image issues so I feel like my husband must be sitting there thinking "ewwww" as he watches me, but deep down I know that he isn't. Once you start doing it, you will stop caring.

  • Protein shakes will help you muscles recover quicker and will help to build lean muscle. I always have one after a work out. Your body will absorb it more if you have protein within an hour after your workout. It also helps from feeling soreness with your muscles.
