I'm also not losing like I thought I would. It definitely is frustrating to see how much other people have lost so quickly on Phentermine. I've been taking it for two weeks (and logging my food) and have only lost a few pounds.

I lost about 30 lbs and gained it back plus some:( I'm looking to lose at least 40 pounds... 60 is my real goal. I definately expect honesty.. But it doesn't matter what I look like or what I'm wearing, my husband always says I look gorgeous. Lord only knows why he thinks so but he's being honest, he thinks I'm just beautiful no matter what. If only I thought as highly of myself lol!

You never know, that person really might know what they're talking about. Some people just don't follow their own advice. I've found that everyone on here has different opinions on what's right and what's wrong.. You just have to find what works for you.
