If I do it in the morning and then again in the evening should I count that as a "day" I won't do it often but this Saturday I may have the time to do it! Would be nice move on to level 2 sooner! But I don't want to cheat myself out of anything!

Here's the thing about the 30DS. Your body will need time to recover. You shouldn't be working the same muscle groups the same every time. It's a great workout, but I never suggest doing it 30 days in a row. I just tried the different levels and did what I felt like doing. So if you feel like you can move to the next level, give it a try and see how it goes.0

Everyone seems to see this differently.. I wouldn't do 30DS twice in the same day (I did L1 and then L2 in one day once. Never again!). As for the how often, or when to move up I will agree there. Do it when you feel comfortable and think you're ready to go up. I prefer my 30DS every single day for accountability's sake. If I take a day off for any reason, I just know there's that reason (or another) to take a second day off.. or skip a different day in the week, etc. 25'ish minutes a day isn't too much to do every day as long as you listen to your body, and pay attention.0

I am pretty sure it's meant to be done every day for 30 days. But if you aren't really doing it as a 30 day program and expecting the results from doing it every day for a month, and you are just using it as a workout for whenever you have time or feel like it, then I'd move around a little and try the other levels. No harm in that... I found that I liked level two much more than level one0
