I was almost to my goal weight. My husband deployed a few years back and then my goal was to be back in shape before he returned. Well I did it but when he returned so did my weight slowly..lol Since I started using the Beachbody products my motivation has been in high gear! I just want to be skinny again..lol

When I first started working out I was eating 1400 calories and working out 5 days a week with no results. I dropped 200 calories and went to 6 days a week and the lbs started dropping. I was just doing treadmill an running then also. Now I do more intense cardio when my kids are in school anyway, because they are awful…

I have been doing a combo of Insanity and P90x as well as Rockin Body. I have to mix it up or I get bored. I did Insanity once before and lost 25lbs but due to injury I had to stop which lead me off track and over time I got lazy and just gained it all back. I love the program though. I am not sure if it was checked, he just told me they checked everything that could be causing me a problem. I am going to a new dr on the 19th so hopefully I can get better answers.

I do the protein shake every morning and I I take the multi, iron and b12 . That is what my doctor had me do. I have also had my thyroid checked 3 times. Nothing seems to work :(

I take Iron pills and B12 along with my multi. I hadn't thought about increasing my Vitamin D. I was taking the Super B complex but they mad me jittery. Maybe if I take a half a pill that will help. I will try The vitamin D and see if that helps. Thanks for your suggestions.

I use the wii fit board, I have compared it to the scale at the dr office and it has so far been the most accurate. However I prefer just using a tape measure because it shows better results than a scale.

I did Insanity from start to finish. My husband was doing it while he was deployed and got me into it. It is definitely good to have someone with you to motivate you because I couldn't tell you how many times I wanted to give up. I lost about 18lbs and toned up some. I had to stop though because it was killing my back.…

I actually like basketball even though I suck..lol Zumba is fun too, I have the DVDs and the wii game. I use to do Insanity and I dropped 25 lbs but I got bored with it.
