How many calories a day does your food intake add up to. Sounds to me like your not eating enough for all the working out your doing. Your body may feel like you are starving it and holding on to everything. I'm no expert, it's just a thought. :) Good Luck!

Funny u just wrote this!! I don't think it dumb. Im not even a good skater and I went with my daughter last night who plays ringette (awesome skater) here she is decked out in helmet and wrist gaurds and I'm wearing nothing for protection! Now thats DUMB!! LOL Anyway, any idea how much calories are burnt rollerblading??

I think you have to be carefull with gym equipment as it depends when/how often they have been re-calibrated. I also find that MFP calories burned are high. I tend to use a site called "healthstatus.com" to calculate mine. I also like that it's in km's instead of miles.

I started at teh beginning of Jan and am already down 13lbs with NO excersice!! So the fact that you work out consistently is awesome. Just input everything you put in your mouth on MFP and you will be so sucsessful!!!
