I have 1 glass of wine each night. I've started making sure I stick to 5 oz... no more, which I agree some days can be tempting. I just cork it back up and put it in my fridge since I prefer it cold. Pour one glass and walk away.

And remember, frozen is often times healthier than regular grocery store produce. Flash frozen with all the nutrients unless you know the store just restocked.

Just remember if you stop somewhere that serves a decent salad, you can always get a mid-treck snack along the way.

I didnt know I could customize! :) Yay Now its not so stressful to look at. I did what you mentioned "Used to be" and did 40/30/30. I mainly look at calories but seeing a bright red number is disheartening. Though I should pay attention to those too.
