  • Yes an old gym I used to work out at had coffee ready for the early birds. Ive used coffee, green tea and various preworkout powders for nearly ever workout I do. As long as you don't have an existing heart condition it shouldn't be a problem. I best cardio workouts come from coffee!
  • Let me add: The OP was saying they make it into a full meal...I like to just make the patties by themselves, more like a protein snack I carry to work or a quick snack after/before the gym.
