I have my alarm set for 4 but I am getting up before then. Got some momentum going. All my 2nd graders come back today and the real world kicks in. Gotta find a balance and stick to it with my own health having a priority.

Jazzercise done now the gym with my girl.

I go to bed on average about 8:00. Sometimes a little earlier and sometimes a little later. I pack up my lunches once a week and breakfast is normally just the night before.

Lets do this. It sure would have been easy to turn off the alarm this morning but I have a goal!!!

Most importantly, I have to start getting myself ready for bed at a decent hour. Clothes have to be laid out. Breakfast and lunch ready to go. Water bottle, towel and shoes, etc. My sweetie gets up early too so that makes it easy.

I got my shirt yesterday. I'm a 2XL so it doesn't fit. I was going to give it to my daughter but I found some cute ways (on pinterest) to adapt it to fit me. Tell me what you guys think? Think I'm silly? I worked hard for that shirt! lol

oh, me! i was thinking kfc must be some sort of frozen yogurt place or something from the emotion in the post! i guess ours is just really super nasty because i wouldn't eat there if i was starving to death. after seeing the livers i may not even be able to eat chicken at all! jeeesh!

Humble is a nice personality trait to have. I agree that if your instructor has asked--you are there already girl! Go for it! Today's fifty is the new thirty anyway! lol

yes, 5:30 is for me! I go to the M/W 5:30 class and pray that one day it will also be offered on Tues/Thurs. I also go on Saturday at 8:30. I love how I feel the rest of the day. I am more motivated to eat better and protect my investment. My instructors are melting me away! :)
