I have a 5 minute diet. Three times a day you can eat, but only whatever you can eat for 5 minutes :laugh:

Use a food scale. Most foods have a 100gm option. Use that and simply enter the fraction that you consumed (i.e. 65gms would be .65 of a 100gm servering size). Some entries even have 1gm options--I've been know to have 150 servings a 1gm before!

Alcohol is 11 kcal/gm, no matter what its formualtion. The higher the percentage of alcohol in your chosen drink, the higher the calories per ml. Don't worry about the scale on a daily basis. Your weight can fluctuate by 2-5 lbs daily. Weigh yourself weekly. If you only went over by 166 calories (That's hardly a cheat day), then your weight should still be down on your next weekly weigh-in

I break calorie deficit every weekend. I can control my calories and my alcohol perfectly well during the week, but don't exercise self-discipline during the weekend.
