There is, of course, only one response to a Star Trek dance challenge. And that's a Dr Who dance!

You looked great before, but you look OUTSTANDING after! Well done you, that's an impressive achievement.

If you travel a lot for work, you must stay in hotels. Lots and lots of hotels have a fitness room, some with just a stationary bike and some weights to others with full on spa facilities. Make time to use them, either before or after your work day. That will help with your stress levels as well.

And I'm going to stop with this one, because I won't find better than stormtroopers and Mr. T.

I found the link to the US iTunes (was on my iPad before and it wouldn't show the link address for me). https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/move-daily-activity-to-stay/id555994760?mt=8

Garnier BB cream when I use it. I don't bother with make up everyday, so the foundation goes on when it's a night out and the full war paint is going on!

You're welcome. I haven't tried it out much yet, but hey for free, it can't be that bad.

The ticking of your clock drives me crazy and you refuse to get rid of it! I have lost the "It's the clock or me" battle and am leaving.

Wow, lots of you get up really early by my standards! I'm in the UK, and I think work and school tend to start a bit later than in North America. 9am is usual start time for my husband if he's in the office, son's nursery opens at 8:45 and daughter's school starts at 8:55am. I'm trying to justify this in my head for the…

I did day 15 today. I think Level 2 is easier on my knees than level 1 was. Despite the pendulum lunges and squats, which I can do to my level of movement. The level itself isn't easier, just for my poor knees!

How are you with swimming? When I had asthma as a kid, swimming was the one thing I could really go hard at and never start wheezing. The moist air helps.

You can't change your past, you can only change your future. Channel your feelings into doing something about it. If you need to, think, "I'm really ticked off the old me let this happen! Well I'm going to show the old me I'm better than that! I'm going to have big salad for lunch! I'm going to work out this afternoon,…

Hazelnuts are indigenous to the UK and you can buy hazelnut milk. However there are two caveats. One, I don't know where the hazelnuts in the hazelnut milk are grown, it could be on a separate continent for all I know. Two, for an accurate wartime diet, you'd be drinking milk, not any vegan alternative.

Homemade mini meatballs and marinara sauce. With a side of frozen Mediterranean chargrilled vegetables - unfrozen of course!

Well done you!

Hey there! I'm trying to get back into working out (more) and generally tend to eat healthy homemade food, with the occasional bit of junk in there. Feel free to add me.

This doesn't really answer your question, but have you thought about adding some water exercises to help you with your weight loss? It's very supportive, so you would be able to move around without weight on your knees. Not every swimming pool is ideal for this if there's only ladders to climb in and out from, but many…

Stop doing it. Sounds simple, but that's it. If you can hyperextend, there's not really a good way to stop doing and locking your elbows other than stopping just before you get to that point. So stop on the way up just before your arms are completely straight.
