Just curious, have you tried making this in advance. I have three teenagers at home and if I could make this in advance, it would be better than me buying nutella. Please better for them. I don't think it would be an issue but just curious to know if you have tried.

Going to try this but add some of my home made roasted tomatoes from last summer. Yummo!!

Wow, amazing progress, Good for you!

You can add me, I am on every day. I don't always reply to everything but I jump in anytime someone needs a pick me up. But I read the threads every day.

I feel your pain. I am getting frustrated. I have been doing this for 50 days now. Faithfully logging all my food. Exercising (which I never really did before) I have been able to drop 9.5 pounds but I have been at that weight for about 2 weeks now, Annoying!! I just wish that I would have known the true consequences of…

Try looking at your body fat percentage instead of your weight. I am experiencing the same thing but yesterday I figured it out and I am losing 1.5 pounds a week on average. Pretty good loss and very healthy. Keep with it. There are lots of people just like you on here to support. Add me if you like.

I am on everyday. I don't plan on giving up anytime soon. I post a lot some days, not so much the last coupel since I have been swamped.

Hope your body adjusts to the new hormones and stops the weight gain. I gave up on hormones, weaned myself all of them. For me, the side effects fo the drugs (weight gain, anxiety, mood swings, conitnued night sweats, unable to sleep) far outweighed the benefits. Everyone's bodies are different though. I sure hope this is…

This is a journey, not a sprint. I have been stopped for about 2 weeks now but I feel better inside. I had to change my way of thinking. The scale is evil, it varies with water and hormones and all kinds of things. Be consistent, be honest with yourself and remember that you did not gain all the weight over night. One day…

Great job both losing and maintaining. Keep up the great work

Start with a large bowl of soup, broth based. It may have lots of sodium but it will help fill you up. I would choose steamed brown rice and stirfry veggies with no sauce. They may have some fish.

I'm in the 1200 club. Anyone looking for support can add me. I am on daily. Are you all eating back your calories from exercise or just sticking to the 1200 calories.

My goal is set to be 125 but I am looking more at the body fat percetnage than the # on the scale. I want to be at 20% body fat max. Anything I can get below that would be great.

Done. If that is the light workout, I am in real trouble

Amazing. Keep it up. You look so much happier

So I can see that alot of you are working in weight training into your fitness routine. I want to do this but have never actually done weight training (I did crossfit with my husband for about a month last year) Do you recommend getting a trainer to teach me the correct way to do it or just trying it on my own? Right now,…

Karen. I am the mother of 5 (21,19, 16,16 and 13) (Three his, two mine) I work full time from home plus am starting my own business. I am doing this with my husband who has more weight to lose. But I know that it is easier to do it with someone else and I want to be healthier. Need people to keep me on track. I have never…

I use Pop Secret 100 calorie popcorn when I just feel like eating. You end up with about 5 cups popped. It is salty so I drink lots of water and then I am full for quite a while.

When I started having issues on the patch, I wanted to try Bioidentical but my insurance doesn't cover it so I just weaned myself off of the patch. Aside from some hot flashes and minor sleeping issues, I feel great. I have found that since I started working out, the hot flashes have reduced considerable. All the more…

It is nice to know that I am not alone.

When I had my hysterectomy, they only took one ovary. Then four years later, I ended up having to go in and have the last one removed. HRT are so hard to predict. I hear some gain, some lose. I didn't gain right away but doctors kept increasing the dose and that is when the weight gain started. I feel much better off of…

That is awesome..congrats to you!!

It is so frustrating for me. I used to cut back a little and I could lose the weight. Now it just seems like a daily struggle. Too much exercise, I stop losing, too little, I stop losing. I just want to feel normal again.
