  • I'm in. Starting 138 Goal 133
  • I would do greek yogurt with blueberries raspberries and strawberries. It would be very colorful and refreshing. You could offer some granola or nuts to add a little crunch.
  • This sounds yummy. I might have to make a batch and use for lunches. Wonder if you tried it cold?
  • I use an application called runkeeper for this kind of activity. It is a phone app that tracks speed and altitude changes too. It has an option to auto stop when you stop moving so it works great for this. Also, it tracks calories based on the weight you enter into the app. Good luck and have fun. I would love to volunteer…
  • There is a big difference, Congrats, you look fantastic
  • Raspberries are my go to for fiber. One cup is 8 grams of fiber. Most fiber for the calories that I have found without additives.
  • I am far from an expert on this but I have been in the same boat, just saw the doctor for this in fact. He said that the normal woman should consume at least 25 grams of fiber a day. He also said that it can be perfectly normal not to go everyday. Some people's bodies process faster, some slower. The problem is if you feel…
  • After going through your diary, I don't see a whole lot of fruit or veggies in your diary. I see a lot of empty calories. I would suggest eating better and trying to stay away from the junk food, way too much sodium. Also, make sure you hit your intake every day, This is a process, you did not put on the weight in two…
  • I panko crust the top using egg white to make it stick. Then I bake till done. We use low calorie tarter sauce with a low calorie cole slaw on the side. I sometimes serve this with baked potato wedges and it is fish and chips. Yummy.
  • My husband and I both use MFP. I found that it is good to work together, we encourage each other and support each other. I also do not accept friend requests from men on here. Not because I was told not to, I just believe in respecting my husband.
  • 44 here, post menopausal (surgical). I have dealt with weight gain from HRT. Now I am off of them and getting into the best shape of my life, looking forward to being a healthy hot looking 40 something:happy: Any one interested in being friends, I log everyday and I try to be very supportive.
  • Best way would be to get a HRM honestly. I would think it would depend of weight of the kids, speed, up or down hill. Good luck. Keep up the great work.
  • Circuit training
  • Saw you went back to the doctor, I hope you feel better soon.
  • I just turned 44. I have 2 natural children (16 and 14) 3 step children (22, 19,16) I am currently 7 pounds from my goal weight. I do cardio about 3 hours a week (walking mostly) and lift 5-6 days a week. I log on everyday and I try to support as much as possible. Some days are better than others. Send me friend request if…
  • I am one of those people. 5'6.5" starting weight 151. I was eating 1200 calories a day and eating back most of my exercise calories. In the beginning I was losing 1-1.5 pounds a week. Then it slowed to 1, then 1/2 a pound a week. Then it almost completely stopped. In April, I lost 1.5 pounds the entire month. I was so…
  • I was about 15-16. At 30, I had a full head of grey. Thank goodness for hair color. It is hereditary for me. My mother was the same way.
  • I haven't heard this. I am post surgical menopause for 2 years now. I have been on a rollercoaster ride since 6 months after the surgery. I have recently lost 17 pounds and am only now experiencing night sweats again. Not sure if it is related or just the fact that the weather is warming up a little and a slight increase…
  • How horrible. It is a accomplishment to get out there and better yourself and to have young punks try and destroy is downright wrong.
  • I saw the doctor the other day because of this issue. Of course, I have a history of adhesions from a prior surgery so now I have to have a bunch more tests to see if I have more adhesions and hope there are none on my bowels.
  • Congrats on 7 years. Your story is inspiring. My best friend has been going through breast cancer, she has been given the all clear now but she is suffering from many of the side effects of radiation and chemotherapy. I wish all cancer survivors health and happiness
  • I'm Level 1, Day 9 today. I am also doing the c25k three days a week.
  • I am also doing both of these programs, I am a little behind you. W3D1 for C25K and L1D7 shred. Also started my journey on 1/1/13. I am down 14.5 pounds, over half way to my goal but really my goal is to be in better shape. I love the results from the shred so far and I am happy with my endurance from the c25k. We can…
  • You can't really tell bady fat % by looking at pictures. I was at 130 pounds and I still had a body fat % of 32%. It is called fat skinny. I have worked hard to get rid of the fat that is stored throughout my body. I use a scale but I also understand that it is not totally accurate. I think the only really accurate way is…
  • My sleep is getting a little better the last week. Yahoo

  • Everyone has mentioned the chicken fajitas but I like the shrimp too and they are lower in calories. Just eat on tortilla, tear it in half and that makes two helpings. Then eat the rest without tortilla. Or try a mix of chicken and shrimp or beef. Lots of protein, low calories.
  • My tickeris set for another 12 pounds but I am thinking of changing that depending on how I feel. I know I want to go down another 7, then I will begin the muscle building.
  • Good luck, I believe it is going to happen this time around. I have the same thing here but I am still 9 pounds away from my road block. You can do this!
  • I have been using C25K to vary my routine for about a month now. Never really following it but using it to get from walking to running. I just finished finished one and moving on to week 2. Anyone can friend me if you like. I try to support and I log every day.
