Yum- this ^^ sounds good! I would sub tofu "eggs" for the real ones, but that sounds really good, will have to try that.

Oh and an easy (lazy, lol) way to eat them- I toss 1 c. green lentils and 1 cup wild rice/brown rice blend in rice cooker with a couple low sodium "no-chicken" or vegetable bouillon cubes and just eat that. The lentils cooking with the rice makes it creamy, and the bouillon cubes give flavor. Makes a few servings, so easy…

Used to eat- Cream Cheese and Peanut Butter on Saltine Crackers. Don't eat cream cheese or saltines anymore, but it was good when I ate it before! :smile:

Forgot one- the "crowders". The one's who inch right up on you in line, like they think hovering a half an inch from me will make the checker ring up my items faster, or make me move away quicker. Nope. Makes me want to stand there ALL DAY. :tongue:

^^ This completely. If he doesn't make a change in HIMSELF then he will find something else ugly to say to you in anger after you have lost the weight. This is an issue in him, and it really isn't about your weight. Like other have said, lose the weight for yourself, not him, do it to be healthy and to meet your own goals.…

Sounds like your eating like this has nothing to do with being hungry or full. How are you for exercise? Can you go outside and take walks? How about time for yourself? Just you? I think it's a great start! Good for you for finding a consistent way to begin exercising throughout what I am sure is a very busy day! As you get able to do more, I think it would get some better results to exercise for longer at a time, however, again, great start! Better than doing nothing! :smile:
