Same for me, totally discouraged, then week 3, I noticed my jeans fit better and thesaggy tummy started to melt away, I know people on here say its for beiginners and too easy, but you have to start somewhere.... My arms burn just thinking about doing it! Go to Level 2 and stick it out, Good Luck!

Try Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, 3 levels and it sounds like you are fit, so you will sail to level 3, you can find the series on Youtube, I have had and heard nothing but great results from this. Good luck, you are my height, so it is great to see a close to finished pic!

A great suggestion I was given was to enter the food before you eat it.... that way you see the calories and decide if it is worth it, Good Luck!
