This water challenge is tough. I made it through two days. Hopefully it gets easier.

Asparagus and leek frittata. Saute the veggies. Fold in some eggs. Cook until eggs are mostly set. Then sprinkle with a little parmesan and broil until golden.

I made it back from my work trip. Kudos to everyone who is still here doing what they can. It sounds like a rough week for a few of us. Hopefully Sunday is good and next week is better. :)

I split the squats up. My form gets sad if I try to do them all back to back. 140 squats without breaks is pretty impressive!
