I think we have to do 4882 activity minutes as a team this week. Each minute of activity counts as a mile on our trip to Greece. We have 15 active members (listed in the spreadsheet). That is roughly 326 minutes per person (47 mins/day for 7 days). That is a higher than the 256 mins for an 18-19 person roster, but still…

Back on the wagon and tracking again consistently. I am finally starting to get over this nasty cold, so I am starting to be able to work out a little. Holding off on cardio for a while, but over all positive. As of today, I am still down 10lbs total since I started.

I like weighing every day so I can see how crazy the scale is. It can go up or down 2-3 lbs in one day. Know that can happen, I don't get too excited whether it is a big or small number. But, you are definitely more important than than any.
