I'm on 1,200 as well. Have lost 12 lbs since Jan. 2. Never thought I could survive on this but I usually come in under, esp. on work out days. I tend to hord calories earlier in the day and then end up with extra.....I'm sure my body's in shock as I used to eat that in one meal probably. Feel free to add me. Best of luck…

I just got my TurboFire DVDs in the mail yesterday! Starting tonight! Anybody know how many calories these workouts burn? I'm guessing around the same as TurboJam, but thought these would be MORE intense. Any tips for getting started? Will I be able to walk tomorrow??? lol

I can't believe how many of us are in the same boat! I started at 220; down to 216. Never ending battle, but I'm kicking butt this time! Would love to have a group of us supporting one another! It's going to be an adventure!
