Look into Paleo recipes. It might also be a good idea to stop trying to replace those things that you can't eat anymore. The replacements taste disgusting and aren't worth the calories.

Don't waste your time or money. The shakes don't taste good at all and the pills don't do anything for you. The only thing lighter is your wallet after you drop $200 on a month's worth of products.

1 container of plain Greek frozen yogurt and a scoop of chocolate protein powder. Mix it all up and then freeze it. I like to use cookies and cream protein powder too.
