I dont think you have to be a prisoner in your own home when it comes to this. Its ok to eat out, as long as its not all of the time. With your new found appreciation for calories, you will be more aware of what you are eating at these places. And even if you splurge on a good meal, 1 night everyone now and then isnt going…

I started last week, in combination with my new Diet and lost 11 pounds in 6 days. Down another 2.5 already this week, so cant complain about it at all.
