I would never eat a pop tart for breakfast but I would have them for a snack. I may be sending out the husband out to Big Lots to find some :flowerforyou: . How ever I would never eat toaster strudel. I do love my home made ones.

It is health to eat a wide range of food. Try not to think of any food as "bad" keep within your calorie limits. Make sure you get enough protein. it is due to calories and fat but it is so minimal. This is a left over for the years of no fat in our diets phobia. If you want less calories just eat one less egg. Eggs are a great source of inexpensive protein.

I can tie my shoes without difficulty. Also after 2 years of being ill and not being able to do much I can hike a trail with a 90 foot incline and 2 miles long. It feels wonderful!

I take baby spinach saute it with a little olive oil garlic and chili flakes. So good. The other way I like is to take spinach that was frozen thawed and drained well mix with eggs, ricotta cheese, a little Romano cheese, a dab of nutmeg and bake it

There is no medical reason to wait 2-3 hours after eating to sleep. There is lots of folk lore and weight gain info out there most of is just plain garbage started with some popular weight lose book or person trying to say his or hers is the best diet out there. I often (daily) have a evening snack and still lose weight. I don't think you body knows if it is 6:00 or 7:30.

I use white fish or shrimp, cook them with green salsa and lime juice. I make a slaw with cabbage finely shredded that I make a vinegar and oil dressing for. I griddle corn tortillas and top them all with a little bit of low fat sour cream.

While a Vita-Mix is da bomb and it is wonderful but very pricey. I got eachof my adult kids and myself a Ninja set. It was not expensive it had 3 different sized containers was less than 60 bucks at Sams club. I am sure they are sold at many other places too.

I was a bad gestational diabetic and not because I was over weight. See a dietician they will be the best person to guide you. It is not just sugar that is the issue.
