I think they taste very different but you are the boss of your kitchen and if you like the taste of parsley in a recipe there is no reason you can't add it. I have just eliminated cilantro if I don't have it with little problem to the recipe as a whole for the most part. Parsley is a great herb in general.

My only suggestion would be to do this under the supervision of a physician. This would make sure you are getting enough micro nutrients and do not suffer any deficiencies. There are some very good bariatric physicians out there. Good luck

I have tried a vegetarian diet while I liked it , it did not like me and I did not feel well on it. That is me, I know many healthy vegetarians and I know some that are very unhealthy. Too much cheep carbs is not good for anyone. Good luck and good health!

I think you bake it at 350 for about 30 minutes or so. Also you can mix angel food cake mix and cherry pie filling together bake for about 30 minutes it will brown easy it was about 2 points the old system

All fruits and Vegetables have carbs even lettuce. Bacon burgers have no carbs if eaten with out a bun. Complex carb are very important whole grain, fruits and veggies are good foods to eat.

I work in the cancer field actually we tell our patient's on Chemo to eat more protein not less. Your information is not accurate. Also lean protein will not increase the risk of cancer. I love rice but generally white. Risotto is my favorite but in sushi, Indian food ect... I agree with Asians eat rice as a large part of there diet. They have less obesity, diabetes and cancer. There diet in general is healthier than the average Americans.
