I'm rather lazy I'll admit, I never make the time to walk, but trying to change that. Right now my daily step goal is 5000. I'm up that over time. I just got a new Jawbone UP, so I'm hoping that will help me stay on track.

My food for today: This morning i had Bagel thin, everything bagels and 3 cups of coffee, and then for lunch I had some pork sausage, I have also drunk a lot of water so far today. I haven't really did any exercise today, but making sure to get up and move around at least.

This morning I did 130 squats, early afternoon I did some Shaun T's Rocking Body, and Shaun T's hip hop abs, now just waiting for a friend to come over, we are going to catch up, then this evening i may walk a few miles.

This might sound cheesy, but I am planning on buying myself a charm bracelet, that way every time I meet a goal, in this and in other parts of life, I'll get a charm to add to it, just a little charm to remind myself how well I am doing. I like jewelry so this reward system works for me
