I DVR'd it, but I think it's going to be one of my new favorite shows. I love it! Family Guy is hillarious and I think we all need to take a breath and laugh every once in a while! Obesity is a hard thing to deal with, so I think sometimes you just have to chuckle at yourself to feel okay again.

Try the Biggest Loser Cardio Max DVD too! It's wonderful, but it definitely works you out. Don't get discouraged if you try it because it can be pretty tough at first. Stick with it and you'll see great results.
