Opening up a can of worms!
I've been using MFP since Jan 2011 and have lost 15 pounds so far. However, I haven't seen the scale move much in the past couple of weeks. I'm trying not to get frustrated at this point and drink lots of water, continue to exercise (probably could be more consistant), but I feel like I should be losing more. I do realize…

Need some advice
I've been staying under my allotted calories each day, exercising 4-6 days each week and haven't lost much at all. I need a jump start! I have a long way to go and am starting to feel a bit discouraged. I have about 105 lbs to go. Anyone have any tips out there?

The Biggest Loser Cardio Max DVD
I know the Cardio Max DVD is a couple of years old by now, but it has proven to be very successful for me. I was wondering if anyone knows how many calories that the different levels burn? I've seen where it only burns like 230 calories for level one, but it has to be more!!! I'm sweating at least 300 off! LOL :bigsmile:
