Love your last line... "If I can do it, anyone can! It is definitely a more difficult battle with your brain than it is with your body."

I am 5'2" and am at 207  currently so if I can manage to get downto 150 I'd be on cloud 9! Ultimate goal weight for me would be 135-140.

THANK you all so much!!! I got a lot of great suggestions. Some of the stuff some of you mention I haven't even heard of but I will look into it. because it made my mouth water. I am not a huge fan of the taste/smell that lingers behind after one uses a microwave....it either tastes too rubbery if food is warmed in a…

Hey it all depends on the age and genetics of the person. You seem like a really young girl so just give your body some time to shrink back as much as it possibly can. Make healthy food choices and get your sweat on a regular basis and see what happens. I have a friend that lost over 100 lbs and her skin was "squishy" for…

You look amazing! Extremly well done. If you have done this well I can only imagine how much more you will acomplish in the next 90 days! Keep up the great work. A motivation for sure! May I ask what pant size you started off with?

I agree! I thought the show was so much better this season until the finale. Last night I wondered if the producers were going to try to do some sort of damage control since in a way it makes it seem like the show has pushed them to this extreme. The underweight clause would be a good idea.

We watch as a family and my girls were in shock! They even said "WOW!!! She looks so old and fragile." I think that Jillian and Bob thought she took it to the extreme. I rooted for Rachel all along but she looked ill and anorexic like and that made me sad for her. I wonder if The Biggest Loser now thinks they've gone too…

Thank you very much for your suggestions. I will try these and hope that something works before I replace any of the components.

Thank you very much Elenor. I will look into buying a new strap if all else fails. Are the straps sold on the Polar website?

I've never heard of the Garmin F60 women's watch HRM...I will look into it since I may need to replace mine soon. Thank you.

Thank you all for your replies. I do know that the best way to do it is the good old way as I had at one point lost 60lbs because I was tracking, eating healthier and working out practically on a daily basis. Life got in the way, I got lazy and got off track. I did gain some weight back...not all of it but I am now trying…

Amen to that!!! It's already tough making it work when 2 parents are around now imagine one being far away and in possible harms way?! My respect goes out to all of them...wife, husband and children.

THIRST can sometimes be confused by for HUNGER. I say try drinking some water and if the hunger persists then have some of the following; Low Sodium Peanut Butter - Very filling Low Fat yogurt Mozarella Cheestick Almonds Fruit Best of luck!

I have terrible knees and the elliptical was the only way I could get cardio in for a while. It never bothered my knees...BUT my feet would hurt a lot. Like they would get hot, stiff and they felt like they were falling asleep. :ohwell:

I'm in Garland so not too far from you. I had lost 60 lbs but I got lazy around November and I didn't do anything about it. Ate bad and working out came to a screeching halt. Just today I restarted my ticker to read 0 lbs lost and hopefully that along with my MFP's will help me get back on track.

Guapisima!!!! Keep up the good work.

Thank you all! :)

Thank you! I have been checking on Craigslist on a daily basis. :)

don't worry about couting calories. you are ill and you need your rest. i'd say stick to bland foods. crackers, bananas maybe some rice and once you get to feeling a little better maybe some chicken noodle soup? take care.

Depends on each child. My oldest is 13 and I still don't let her stay home alone because she is careless and is so focused on being online with her friends that things go unnoticed. Once when I was making soup and in the meantime I gave her little brother a quick bath while I was dressing him I asked her to go turn off the…

Yep! Love everything about her....but you know? I've never though of her voice as being velvety...it's more like a hoarsey sexy voice. no? LOL!

Thanks but I find myself at the gym looking at everyone's calves and most of the time mine seem to be the biggest. :( Maybe in heels they'd look ok. hmmmmm.....
