:( I am so sorry. I just posted something loooong about this. I find that I will be consistent for 6 months or so but then after losing a good amount of weight I just cave. I hate it. It's just hard. I think we need to make it our priority it's just hard. :(

Got an Apple watch for mothers day and just now starting back up on MFP and am having such a hard time figuring everything out and getting everything to work in unison. I think I'm just going to take it off my watch and add the calories myself. Now I'm just wondering if I should add all the active calories from my workout…

I had issues all day yesterday and today as well. Updated weight and added food and all that good stuff and nothing is there. Just errors.

I guess this isn't a pet peeve but it saddens me when very fit people stare down people who are there trying to become healthier versions of themselves. :'(

Thank you all for the suggestions! I see a few that I like and are in my price range as well and on top of that on sale!!! Those Bose headphones I’ve seen and they are nice but still a bit on the higher end and I’m on a budget.

I have a lot of weight to lose (about 70 lbs) and per some folks I should be doing a lot of cardio but I managed to lose 17 lbs in about 13 weeks at the beginning of the year with weightlifting and little cardio and clean eating but I wasn't tracking my calories intake at all. I think this makes sense because otherwise I'd be crazy starving specially when I would burn 700+ calories.

Thank you so much for your reply. I am going to see how it goes for the next couple of weeks. I won't purposely eat back my calories burned but I will do my best not to try to go over either. I have yet to figure out the TDEE but will be doing my research on that. Thanks so much!

I am an emotional eater so if I am feeling anxious for example I just start eating. What I try to do to not overeat so I have water around me at all times so I can chug here and there. I used to chew gum especially when I was cooking otherwise I'd just nibble on things while cooking and that's a big no-no for me. Now I…

Yes, that I have currently started Jamie Eason's LiveFit. This morning all I did was 7 minutes on the elliptical before the weights and 7 minutes after the weights and that was it. Her plan does incorporate cardio around week 3 or 4 I can't remember which.
