yep i was at 1200 cals a day and i worked out 4x a week (cardio 30-45 mins including elliptical, arc trainer and spinning class). i did strength training for only about 15 minutes (machines only, no classes).

haha i didn't lose my boobs cause i had them done two years ago ;) i was an A (would've been an A negative with this weight loss) but managed to keep my D's cause they've been PAID for haha

yeah i definitely think i could work on gaining some muscle, as i'm not sure losing fat is a feasable goal anymore since i may start to look like a scary person. to gain muscle should i decrease my cardio workouts?
