I'm 5' 2", goal of 115. I've been 105ish and it looked rather deathly on me, ED. I'm 120 now and happy, but I'd like to loose some and gain some tone.

That's what I was thinking, I used to get obsessed but now that I'm more aware of why it fluctuates it's a really good marker of how my food affected me (water retention, etc.)

Okay maybe she's not what we accept as our standard for what models should look like, but if you had a chance to "plow her field" and you turned it down you're insane. She's gorgeous. She could be thirty pounds heavier (or lighter) and still absolutely beautiful.

A cup of oatmeal with pieces of green apple and cinnamon. I love it. Or I'll make a really yummy (but sugar filled) smoothie of protein powder, frozen berries, and a banana.

Trail mix with m&ms in it (I never buy it for that reason) and cereal. Oh and all sort of berries, I'll eat the whole container and make myself sick.
