i weigh in on a Monday am because it keeps me good on the weekends. I know a lot of people weigh on Fridays so they have some time to let loose a little on the weekends and work it back off by weigh in day. If your referring to "true weight" the best time is first thing in the am, after going to the washroom, and naked :)

I struggle with this too!! I am a big drinkier, its social and i enjoy it. So far i have been off the drink for 13 days and that has helped me keep on track throughout the the last 2 weekends and im damn proud of myself. My dad owns 4 pubs, all my friends are drinkers....i defo live the pub life! BUT like some said…

lapse dont collapse.....so yu had a little hiccup...if thats the only one and yoiu get right back on track then it wont affect much overall.....it happens. Dont beat yourself up, just get back at it and move on :)

i had to train myself to eat breakfast....its usually small like yogurt and a piece of fruit or a bowl of cereal.....
